The Air Ambulance Foundation (AAF) is a humanitarian non-governmental organization dedicated to improving access to emergency healthcare and medical evacuation services throughout Ghana.

Established to support individuals and communities facing barriers to emergency healthcare access, AAF works closely with EHC International and other partners to ensure that emergency medical assistance reaches those who need it most.

Our focus extends beyond emergency transport. We seek to build a culture of preparedness, awareness, and equitable access to life-saving healthcare services.

Ole Ronald Aronsen

Ole Aronsen is the founder of European Helicopter Center (EHC NORWAY) with 46 years of experience in helicopter flying and operations. Professional experience in offshore flying, Emergency Medical Evacuation, Search rescue with terrain and sling Experience in the North Sea offshore. Ole was the first pilot to have worked together with Dr. Jens Moe who was the founder of the NLA.
